Color-changing ice cream
A Spanish physicist recently created this ice cream that changes color when licked (it reacts to temperature changes and acids found in the human mouth). The ice cream goes from blue to pink and purple. (Beware if it changes to Raw Umber.) Manuel Linares, the scientist, has already opened a shop selling this new kind of ice cream in his hometown of Blanes, which is an hour north of Barcelona.
