The total number of calls that police officers or firefighters responded to during this year's annual Lepre-Con event in Hoboken, N.J., created in response to the cancellation of the Hoboken St. Patrick's Day Parade. Mayor Dawn Zimmer said that since 2011, calls for police are down 37 percent, arrests are down 41 percent, ambulance calls are down 64 percent, and city ordinance violations are down 71 percent.
