Grown Ups Want to Play Too
Halloween is increasingly becoming a holiday for grownups. Of working age Americans under 30, 3/4 ‘s say they will be buying a costume, compared to 43.9 percent of the general population. They will spend, on average $87 on costumes, compared to the $63 national average. The outlay for adult costumes actually surpasses children’s costumes by $210 million.
