Flying Heroes Superman Launcher
Serious eye and face injury hazard: W.A.T.C.H. says this toy, which allows a superhero figure to spin and fly out from the launcher, poses a threat to eyes and face. The toy does come with a warning about the hazard and the instructions say to launch “at arm’s length and pointing up and away from your face.”
