Obamacare Survives the Supreme Court…Again
For the second time in three years, John Roberts’ court voted to uphold Obamacare. In a 6-3 vote announced on June 25, the court ruled that the Affordable Care Act allows the federal government to provide subsidies for insurance bought through the federal marketplaces operating in three dozen states that didn’t want to set up their own exchanges, shooting down a challenge based on four little words in the law.
