For Those Who Love a Good Detective Novel
A Walk Among the Tombstones (September 19)
While audiences can be excused for being fatigued by Liam Neeson’s second-act reinvention as a moody action hero, there are good reasons to give this film a look. Based on a novel by popular detective writer Lawrence Block and directed by screenwriter Scott Frank, there’s plenty of pedigree to think that this might be better than just a Taken clone.
