Stock Market Munchies: 12 Sweet Food IPOs

Of course, specialty food retailers didn't suddenly get hot in 2013. The Fresh Market went public in late 2010, generating about $300 million for its selling shareholders. The stock shot up 46 percent following the IPO and has see-sawed its way higher since then, though not without some earnings disappointmenst along the way.
