There's a reason The Wall Street Journal called 2013 the year of the high-end sueprmarket IPO. This Phoenix-based organic and natural foods grocer delivered the best first-day performance of any new offering since 2011. Its August 1public offering was priced at $18 but the stock finished the day 123 percent higher. It has risen higher since then. Now that's what you call organic growth.
