Neural Computation
Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, PACost: $5,400
Enrollment: 35 students per class
If you're going to create robots that think like humans, we've got to understand the computational functions of our own minds. Exploring how the sensory systems learn their orientation in the world, this class, open to CMU robotics undergrads and grad students, decodes how the body understands motor movement, external signals, communication and learning, then pushes students to apply those concepts to artificial intelligence.
