Chevrolet Corvette Stingray
This vehicle has the trademark, low slung style, including an abundance of glass in the sloping rear. Stunning and sporty in appearance, it’s every bit loyal to its historic past. The quintessential muscle car has 450 horsepower and goes from 0 to 60 in under four seconds, making for the fastest acceleration of any Corvette to date. But this car also has a green side. It’s expected to be more fuel efficient than its predecessors, getting better fuel economy than the 26 miles per gallon of the current Corvette (the final numbers aren’t known yet, as EPA hasn’t completed its testing). The fuel economy advances are in part due to lightweight materials, like a carbon fiber hood and aluminum body.
