Would you dish out seven figures for the commander-in-chief’s former wheels? One Chicago woman was hopeful that someone would. She listed the car on eBay in February for one million, a huge price hike over the market value of about $20K. But even after citing other political wagons (including Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s 1977 Peugeot, which sold for over $2 million), the car didn’t sell. With the typical gas mileage of a Chrysler 300 at about TK, it would make for the perfect Cash-for-Clunkers trade. If only the program was still in effect.
