Ja Rule
Rapper Ja Rule, whose real name is Jeffrey Atkins, pleaded guilty in 2011 to charges of failing to file tax returns for two years. He was sentenced to 28 months in prison for attempted illegal gun possession and tax evasion and agreed to repay $1.1 million in unpaid taxes.
